1. Complete the application. 

2. Confirm registration by Tues., Dec. 16th by 11:59 pm.   

3. Pick up toys on Saturday, December 19th between 10 am -1:00 pm at Park Place Church, 4576 Lenora Church Road, Snellville, GA 30039.

4. Toys must be picked up by the Parent/Guardian listed on the application.      

* ID will be required at pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Only one application per family, PLEASE.

*Max. 1 toy per child/ 2 children per family.  Additional children will be waitlisted.
